ProID® - Identity Authentication

ProID is a remote real-time, interactive verification quiz that increases the assurance that an individual is who he or she claims to be. The ProID interactive, multiple-choice knowledge-based questionnaire uses more than 30 years of unique identifiers such as property, telephone and address history. In addition, ProID generates different questions and answers each time, ensuring the same applicant will not repeat the same test.

ProID Voice®

ProID Voice can be used in any existing Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system to streamline business processes —ProID Voice authenticates callers through random, multiple choice questions developed from public, private and proprietary databases — questions that cannot be answered with credit card, driver’s license information or other wallet-based data. Based on the caller’s response to the quiz questions, the system generates a pass/fail score. These results can then be routed through your IVR system so callers are directed to the most appropriate channel for access to account features or manual resolution.
